Weight Watchers Chinese language Basic Tso’s Rooster recipe

1 lb boneless skinless rooster breasts
3/4 cup rooster broth
2 medium scallions, chopped
1/2 teaspoon crimson pepper flakes
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon floor ginger
2 tablespoons Splenda granular, synthetic sweetener
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cups cooked brown rice
Preparation
1. Reduce the rooster into 2 inch items.
2. In a small bowl, combine collectively the rooster broth, ginger, cornstarch, soy sauce, vinegar and Splenda. Put aside.
3. Warmth the olive oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high warmth.
4. Add the scallions, pepper flakes and garlic.
5. Prepare dinner for two minutes, then add the rooster and cook dinner for about 5 extra minutes (till browned).
6. Add the sauce and simmer for about 3 extra minutes (till the sauce thickens and the rooster is cooked via).
7. Serve the rooster and sauce over sizzling brown rice.
